Our Beliefs
Mission Valley Church is built on the truth of God’s Word and the good news of Jesus Christ. We believe the Bible is true, trustworthy, and sufficient, and we want everything we do as a church to be shaped by Scripture.
We are a SBC affiliated church. For us, that simply means we gladly cooperate with like-minded churches because we believe we can do more together than we can alone. It also means our doctrinal beliefs align with the Baptist Faith and Message.

- We believe there is one true God who created all things.
- We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, who lived without sin, died for sinners, and rose again.
- We believe salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone.
- We believe the Holy Spirit changes lives and empowers believers to follow Jesus.
- We believe the church exists to make disciples, love one another, and proclaim the gospel.
- We believe the Bible is God’s Word and our final authority for faith and life.
