Who We Are
Mission Valley Church exists to help people follow Jesus and live on mission. We are a community committed to worshiping Jesus, teaching the Bible, and building authentic relationships across every stage of life.
We believe the gospel changes lives, that Jesus is still transforming people today, and that God uses ordinary people surrendered to Christ to make an extraordinary impact in their homes, neighborhoods, and workplaces.
What We Believe
Our teaching is rooted in the Bible and centered on the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Scripture
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and our final authority for faith and life.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the Savior of the world, and the only hope for salvation.
Salvation
We believe salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone.
The Church
We believe the church exists to make disciples, build up believers, and share the gospel with the world.
Life at Mission Valley During the Week
We gather throughout the week to worship, pray, grow in the Bible, and build relationships.
Sunday Worship
Join us at 9:00 or 10:30 AM for worship and biblical teaching. Kids ministry is available during both services, and youth meets during the 9:00 AM hour.
Wednesday Nights
Prayer meeting and kids ministry begin at 6:00 PM. Youth and community groups meet at 6:30 PM, making Wednesday a great time to connect and grow.

Leadership & Governance
Leadership
Mission Valley Church is led with a conviction that Christ is the head of the church, that members have an important responsibility in the life of the church, that elders provide spiritual leadership, and that staff oversee the day-to-day work of ministry and operations.
Member Ruled
As a congregational church, important matters in the life of Mission Valley are ultimately entrusted to the members of the church.
Elder Led
Mission Valley’s elders are responsible for the spiritual oversight of the church through prayer, shepherding, doctrine, and direction.
Staff Managed
The staff team leads the daily ministry and operational work of the church, helping Mission Valley function faithfully and effectively week by week.
Senior Pastor
Mike Lee
Mike helped gather and lead the original core team that planted what would become Mission Valley Church in 2018. After a season of preparation, prayer, and team-building, Mission Valley officially launched in January 2019.
Since then, Mike has served as Senior Pastor, giving leadership to the preaching ministry, the elders, and the overall direction of the church. He is passionate about teaching God’s Word clearly, equipping believers to follow Jesus, and helping the church live on mission in the community.
Mission Valley continues to be shaped by that same vision: to make disciples, build strong biblical community, and see ordinary people follow Jesus in everyday life.
